Le personnel très accueillant, de bon conseil pour les visites et la localisation à proximité de Sarlat, Château de Josephine Baker, parc du Bournat, ferme etc

« We have been to Roffy many times but the first time on our own rather than with Eurocamp, and the first time in the new rentals. We were generally impressed with the new mobiles although some guidance on use of equipment would have been helpful. What was disappointing was the lack of restaurant and bar facilities. We know we were in the final week of opening but why was the restaurant closed a week before the site closed and why was the bar closed every afternoon. We expected those facilities to be available and assume that an element of what we paid would have included those facilities so we were very disappointed by that. In the past we have enjoyed some good meals and have enjoyed being able to sit and relaxin the bar area and were unable to do that this time.
Our pitch was very shady which was probably great in the height of summer but in early autumn meant it was at times vey cold. »
« There was no minimarket even though it is stated on the website.
Wifi only at the pool and restaurant. Out of that area we only had internet access after 11 pm. We had “Top-of-the-range” hotel-style facilities but only got fresh towels once a week. The restaurant closed 2 days earlier without notice, so we could not order breakfast for the 2 days. Luckely the nice lady from reception went to get some breakfast. »

« This was our 4 th time at the campsite , the upgrade of chalets is very good and generally the campsite is good , but this time the pool looked a bit worn out and unclean and the water was cold . The tennis court facility needs ‘ work ‘ on it . The restaurant food availability and opening times was confusing and the bar seemed to run down its stock too early . The reception staff are very helpful as usual . In saying all the above we had a good time and will be back next year !

« Dans l ensemble satisfaite du séjour camping calme après c était hors saison manque télévision dans le mobil-home surtout en septembre quand les jours raccourcis et manque la wifi »
« Seul bémol mais de taille pour des vacances non programmées, l’absence d’internet sur la location ( seulement autour de la piscine , du restaurant et du bureau d’accueil.) ce qui a compliqué la programmation de notre séjour. Aucun réseau sur l’emplacement.
Le prix de la location du linge de lit et des serviettes est aussi un souci sur un séjours de courte durée.
Point positif, nous avons loué le seul logement PMR, quelques petites améliorations peuvent apporter un plus pour l’équipement, mais l’emplacement est agréable et très accessible. Le tout dans un camping très calme. Nous y avons séjourné du 10 au 13 septembre 2024. »

However the restaurant facilities could be improved. In the past this restaurant was top, with allways a good and flexibel menu. Although it was far better then last year, there was almost no flexibility and a very small menu. As we don’t want to eat the same everyday, we had to look elswhere for a good meal. They restaurant staff was very good and friendly. They were prepared to make different food outside the small menu. (At the end). Quality was oke. »

Cette personne m'a dit que je n'avais pas l'habitude du camping et que personne ne c'était plein. Super la réponse puis me dit qu'elle allai voir le lendemain. une personne a du venir dans notre chalet mais aucun retour du problème et de plus le chalet n'était pas fermé à clé lorsque nous sommes rentés. Après vous montrez sur votre site restaurant, épicerie???. Le restaurant est nul, et l'entretien est pas au RDV. »
